Mary Hastings' father James was a Grocer and her mother was Agnes Allan. Peter Redpath was a Forester and General Labourer living in Stenton Village and then at Biel East Lodge. They married in Stenton in 1850. Mrs Marjoribanks was the wife of the Rev. Thomas Marjoribanks [See No 206].
